Welcome to JARVIS

The Just-in-Time Assessment, Readiness, Validation, and Industrial Security (JARVIS) Program is a four-month cybersecurity readiness accelerator designed for Hawaii companies seeking to compete for Department of War opportunities requiring Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Unlike traditional consulting engagements, JARVIS combines structured coaching, guided implementation, a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, and expert instruction to help participants establish a sustainable cybersecurity program rather than simply producing documentation.

*Participation is free but is limited to ensure individualized support throughout the program.

Why this Program is Different

Most organizations approach CMMC by purchasing templates or hiring consultants to produce documentation. JARVIS takes a hands-on approach. Participants actively build their cybersecurity documentation, organize supporting evidence, and learn how to maintain compliance using the same tools and processes they will continue using after the program concludes.
